Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Venue Bookings

We aim to keep cancellations fair for both players and venue partners.

• Free cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
• Late cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
• Venue-specific rules: Some venues may apply their own policy, which will take precedence when stated.

2. Tournaments

• Registration fees: Refundable if you withdraw before the registration deadline.
• Late withdrawal: Withdrawals after schedules are generated or within 48 hours of start are non-refundable.
• Event cancellation: If an organizer cancels the event, you receive a full refund.

3. Coaching Sessions

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule credit.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
