Mobile App End User License Agreement

1. Parties

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and SportPulse ("SportPulse", "we", "us", or "our"). It governs your installation and use of the SportPulse mobile application on iOS, Android, and any other supported mobile platform.

For iOS users, this EULA is between you and SportPulse, not Apple. For Android users, this EULA is between you and SportPulse, not Google.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, SportPulse grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the SportPulse app on devices you own or control, only for lawful personal, player, venue, organizer, coach, guardian, academy, or partner use supported by SportPulse.

3. App Store Terms

Your use of the app may also be governed by the Apple Media Services Terms, Apple App Store rules, Google Play Terms, Google Play policies, device manufacturer terms, carrier terms, and other applicable third-party terms.

If this EULA conflicts with mandatory app-store terms, the app-store terms may control to the extent required.

4. Restrictions

You must not:

• Copy, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, host, outsource, or commercially exploit the app except as expressly allowed by SportPulse.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive source code from the app, except where law permits.
• Remove proprietary notices.
• Use the app to build a competing service, scrape data, automate abuse, or bypass access controls.
• Use the app with unauthorized plugins, emulators, tampered devices, or tools to manipulate scores, payments, subscriptions, locations, bookings, or ratings.
• Interfere with app security, app-store billing, receipt verification, push notifications, or API communications.

5. Account and Cross-Platform Use

Your SportPulse account may work across web and mobile. Some features may be app-first, web-first, subscription-gated, role-gated, region-gated, or unavailable on a particular platform.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the store's rules. Purchases made for real-world services outside the app, such as court bookings or eligible person-to-person services, may use other payment methods where permitted.

6. Device Permissions

The app may request permissions, including:

• Location, for nearby venues, games, tournaments, custom venue pins, discovery, and partner operations.
• Camera or photo library, for profile photos, tournament logos, sponsor images, facility images, and report-related uploads.
• Notifications, for bookings, games, tournaments, coaching, chat, billing, system, and safety updates.
• Network access, for account, API, realtime, payment, and content features.

You can manage permissions through device settings. Some features may stop working if permissions are denied or withdrawn.

7. Updates and Availability

SportPulse may provide updates, bug fixes, security patches, SDK updates, or feature changes. You may need to install updates to continue using the app. We may discontinue old versions where needed for security, compliance, app-store requirements, or service reliability.

We do not guarantee that the app will be available on every device, OS version, country, app store, or network.

8. User Content and Data

The app may let you create, upload, send, receive, or display content such as profiles, photos, messages, tournament assets, facility images, scores, coaching notes, student reports, and support materials.

User Content is governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and DPDP Notice, and Fair Play, Community, and Moderation Policy.

9. Subscriptions, Billing, and In-App Purchases

Digital subscriptions and in-app digital entitlements may be sold through Apple App Store or Google Play where required. Store billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, family-sharing, tax, and payment rules may apply.

Real-world services consumed outside the app, such as court bookings, eligible coaching sessions, or offline event participation, may be paid through other methods where permitted by platform rules and law.

10. Apple-Specific Terms

For iOS users:

• Apple is not a party to this EULA.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as required by Apple terms.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, intellectual property, or third-party claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you where Apple's terms permit.

11. Google-Specific Terms

For Android users:

• Google is not a party to this EULA.
• Google Play billing and refund rules apply to purchases made through Google Play.
• Google is not responsible for SportPulse support, content, user conduct, venue performance, real-world services, or third-party claims except as required by Google terms or law.

12. Safety and Physical Activity

The app supports real-world sports activity. Do not use the app while doing so would distract you from safe play, safe travel, venue instructions, or your surroundings. Do not rely on app notifications or schedules in place of direct venue, organizer, coach, or emergency instructions.

13. Termination

This license continues until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the app and stopping use. SportPulse may suspend or terminate the license if you breach this EULA, Terms of Service, law, app-store rules, payment rules, or community standards.

Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete copies in your possession, except where account data remains available through supported SportPulse web or support channels.

14. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available". SportPulse does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility, bug-free performance, accurate data, safe sports outcomes, complete notifications, or availability of every feature.

15. Limitation of Liability

The liability limitations in the Terms of Service apply to this EULA.
