Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SportPulse, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Upload or transmit offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
  • Manipulate match scores or ratings.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the property of SportPulse and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if these terms are breached.

6. Limitation of Liability

SportPulse and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

7. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. If you purchase a subscription via the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:

  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal Charges: The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
  • Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
  • Standard EULA: Your use of the app is also governed by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

8. Changes

We may modify or replace these terms at any time. Material changes will be handled at our discretion.
