Fair Play Policy

1. Respect and Sportsmanship

SportPulse is built around badminton community. Treat opponents, teammates, venue staff, and organizers with respect at all times. Harassment, hate speech, or aggressive behavior may lead to suspension.

2. Reliability and No-Shows

Joining a game is a commitment. Only join when you intend to show up.

• Commitment: Join only if you are confident you can attend.
• Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make it.
• Penalties: Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to temporary restrictions.

3. Anti-Cheating and Integrity

Our ranking and competition systems rely on honest score reporting.

• No score manipulation: Intentionally losing or reporting false scores is prohibited.
• No smurfing: Creating multiple accounts to compete below your level is not allowed.

4. Venue Respect

Venues are core to the SportPulse network. Please treat them with care.

• Follow venue rules, including footwear or equipment requirements.
• Leave the court and surrounding area clean.
• Respect venue staff instructions at all times.

5. Reporting Violations

If you witness unfair play, harassment, or other violations, use available reporting tools or contact support directly.
